seminary question

From Mom:
This quote is in my lesson for tomorrow...“I repeat what prophets have long taught—that every worthy, able young man should prepare to serve a mission. Missionary service is a priesthood duty—an obligation the Lord expects of us who have been given so very much. Young men, I admonish you to prepare for service as a missionary. …
“A word to you young sisters: while you do not have the same priesthood responsibility as do the young men to serve as full-time missionaries, you also make a valuable contribution as missionaries, and we welcome your service”
I know you don't have a lot of time but if you could add anything to this quote that I could share with my seminary kids....what would it be?
Elder Jones repsonse:
Missionary work is a huge sacrifice. It's really hard. I only have four weeks and it's the toughest thing I'e ever done in my life. But then when I think about what Jesus Christ has done for me, that he suffered all kinds of pain, temptations, and sufferings that anyone has ever experienced. He was spat upon, tortured, made fun of, despised, (you can read Mosiah 14 for more on his suffering that could help you understand), I realize that I need to do something. I'm here to give back what I can for what he did, so that others can then realize the grand sacrifice that He made for me, and for you, and for all of us, that they too can be saved through His infinite atonement. For that, that's what motivated me to be here
